At Turbine Support Services, Inc., our customer service begins even before the
sale,
and extends far beyond. Here are some of the special services we offer
our customers:
- A true one-stop shop: We take care of everything. And our promise to our
customers is that we seldom cancel orders and they will never be “waiting
on parts” from us. We always let our customers know right away if there is
a problem, and we move quickly to find a solution.
- Fully traceable hardware: Our hardware is always traceable to the
manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or an FAA-certificated
agency or equivalent.
- Fully traceable rotables: Our rotables are fully traceable to the last operator.
- Fully traceable life-limited parts: Our life-limited parts—such as disks,
hubs and shafts—are traced “back to birth.”
- Technical expertise and trend analysis: We’re experts at turbine parts
and accessories, and we also keep an eye on what’s current in the industry.
We know what to keep on hand so it’s always readily available for our
customers.
- Inventory management: We know what our customers need. Those
critical parts and accessories are in our inventory, not theirs. We promise
quick turn-around and attention to our customers’ time constraints. Our
automated inventory control system lets us track our orders in-bound and
our customers’ orders out-bound. This means we can spot problems early
on and move right to the solution.
- Consignment: We can house, insure, market and sell large-lot inventories
on behalf of air carriers, air operators, and repair stations. This is an attractive
option or companies that would rather not incur the expense of storing and
handling roducts themselves.
- Free shipping for the U.S. Government: We don’t charge our government
for freight if products are shipped in the continental U.S. This is part of our
charter—to support the men and women who serve in the American military.
- Pre-qualifying suppliers: Our customers don’t have to pre-qualify thousands
of suppliers, because we’ve already done the due diligence. We pre-qualify
the in-bound products for our customers and handle all the paperwork.
- Procurement for international airlines: If an international airliner is here
in the U.S. and develops a problem, we can obtain the parts they need—
quickly and efficiently.
